FAQ's

 

Do I have to make and appointment?

• It is preferred but not required.

• Appointments are HIGHLY recommended for our float therapy as space is very limited

• Appointments are required for any treatment starting at 6pm (the last float session) or later

• If you need a treatment at a time outside of our normal business hours, please call 1-951-291-1291

 

Are gift certificates available?

Yes, gift cards are available. Please call 1-951-291-1291 to find out more information.

What is our cancellation policy?

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,

we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity

to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally a cancellation fee will apply.

​

- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

​

- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the service amount.

​

- Appointments made within the 24 hours period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within

4 hours or result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

​

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not

cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD"

transaction maybe made on your card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving

everyone.
